I came here to get my phone screen and battery fixed , I noticed my screen wasn’t on all the way and was lifting a bit on the sides but it wasn’t an issue , but then my phones started pressing things on its own and now I have to buy a new screen.

2 years ago they fixed my screen. In the process they glued several locations that were critical during repair unknown to me. So naturally i cracked my screen again. Took to a shop closer to my home. I was informed when it was ready for pick up that the cost changed because many parts inside the phone were replaced due to glue. Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told them to keep it im not going to pay the cost of the phone!! retrieved my sim card and the factory reset it in front of me. Im sure they can sell it, I just bought a new one.

I went in the store yesterday to get my disabled legally blind daughter’s iPhone 14 fix, “she cracked the screen”. I asked the lady at the first counter, how much is it to fix the phone, she said $100.00. I asked “did y’all go up on the prices, cause I have always came to this store, and sent customers for the past five years. She said it depends on the phone, I said I’ll come back cause I didn’t have that amount, the lady standing in front of the second counter spoke in their language to the other two woman, and all three start laughing. I turned around and said I won’t be back. I like it better when the men be in there. I went on Amazon and found the iPhone 14 repair assembly kit for $24.50. Only If I could give zero stars for customer service 👎🏾

Truly amazing. (Can't find my original review). My Android screen failed - it was cracked and I cleaned it w/ alcohol last night. The phone still worked but the screen was dark. T-MO offered to sell me a new one, but I have 100s of (my) songs on an app I hadn't backed up: my entire creative life! Went to CommDepot... 90 mins later, they replaced my screen... it's as good as NEW! SO Grateful! Thanks!!!

Came in to get my phone charging port repaired. Price quotes was very reasonable. Ended up grabbing a phone plan through boost. Seek walked me through every available option, very patiently I may add, to make sure it was the right fit. He explained to me the different coverages and found the one that best suited me. They always take great care of the customer and I highly recommend any communications or accessory's purchase with them. They fixed my charger port and microphone. Walked out and noticed that my screen is off, like they changed the settings. Then I noticed my photo gallery was open. I did not have ANY open apps when I dropped it off. When I brought it up, they said there was no reason it should be opened, and i can not get my screen back to my normal setting. I find this all suspicious and aggravating. Wth are they doing with my pictures? I will not return.

I got a referral from one of my friends in STL. I inquire first before coming to the store to see if they can fix my son's ipad. This is like 5th generation model. I came and they fix it.. It was fast, not even took me an hour to wait. I just went to Filipino Restaurant nearby to get my lunch while waiting ❤️ Mike and staff are accomodating 😊 I paid 69$ for the screen to fix. Not bad at all. Highly recommended
worth the drive if ypur not near by. These guys had my phone screen in stock when 20 other stores said they could order in 3 to 5 days. 1 hour my phone was fixed. had an issue a month later with the screen not functioning properly. took it to a commercial store they wouldn't even touch the phone. brought it back to comm depot less than hour all fixed and working no charge.. great place to get things fixed I will make the drive from now on to these guys!
I went in a Couple of Days ago to have my screen on my phone repaired and when I say a Couple of Days It has been approximately Three and a Half days probably not even that. the quality of the screens that they're providing to people is the same screens that they sell on Amazon in the phone repair kit for whatever phone that you're trying to fix . I Called up to the place to see if they can replace my phone screen that cracked for no reason and they stated that it's not covered under warranty if it's cracked.. Do not waste your money going up here and I have been going for years and I will never return.

This is the best place in STL to get your phone or tablet repaired. My iPad pro had a dead screen..I called around to some shops. The average price was $350-400, and they were all shops in the county. This spot had great reviews and was right down the road. Five minute drive. I called them up, 249 dollars, if I brought it in it would be ready the next day. SOLD. I go down and take my poor iPad into the shop shamefully wrapped in a plastic bag. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I came in the next day and lo and behold, my iPad was shiny and chrome. It's been a week now and it's working perfectly. The owner (manager?) Handed me back my iPad and he was cool to talk to. This is the only place I'm gonna go for cellular and tablet repair. Shop local. The negative reviews I've seen on the page sound like they were written by joyless sad bean eating drones who don't know what they're talking about.

I broke my Pixel 6a screen twice this year, once in February, once yesterday. They took care of me both times, and my phone was repaired today within 2 hours! Super fast, and the fingerprint reader works flawlessly. I'm so glad they're in my neighborhood!
Mike and his team were very courteous. No only did they fix my phone's screen cheaper than their competition; but they also fixed two other issues that were caused by the cracked screen. My phone works perfects now, as if nothing happened. I will be a repeat customer, and would highly recommend them for smartphone repairs.

The customer service was great, everyone was very nice. HOWEVER, the quality of the repair was severely lacking. I went in to get my phone screen fixed, but apparently, they glued the new one in. This resulted in it POPPING OFF one day when I dropped it while it was hot out. It is now coming off once again. I will be going to another provider to get it fixed this time. If you need a new screen, I recommend going somewhere else.

I’ve taken my iPhones and IPads here, several times over several years ( I’m notoriously rough on both ) I’ve seen little to zero turnover in the employees here, which says a lot about their work ethic and management! First time at the this place. I haven’t received my phone yet but the customer service here is amazing! Hoping to get my iPhone fixed from water damage and by the sounds of it, it’ll be pretty affordable.
If you got a cracked iPhone screen take it to Apple!!! Ever since getting mine replaced my iPhone says that the screen part isn’t genuine. Also my phones glitchy after the new screen replacement, the touch sensitivity on my phone is messed up however the staff is nice though.
I broke my phone screen and my heart sunk, I couldn’t spend another $200 on a phone! But I called around found this place. Staff are bilingual, super upfront about pricing, and very friendly. I was in an out in an hour spent $50 made a rough day not so bad. Thanks all!

As an especially clumsy individual, I have broken my phone screen an astonishing amount of times. Got a new screen and battery in my phone recently and it was the easiest and most hassle free experience of my life. My phone screen was just showing a blank screen yet was still on. CommDepot opened it up and was able to fix for no charge! They even threw in a screen protector! Super honest. Recommend highly
